that was hard work. You make it look like it's very easy but it is not. Those side lunges with bind for example .... with heels on the floor and the other foot flexed, without falling. Your going into chair pose .... somehow I expected a somersault .... Very nice and inspiring again.

MMmmmm... a gorgeous Grey, naked yoga, the sound of running water... everything to get me horny again Grey... you minx, you! lol you know how I'll have to hold my own now and how it'll only end in a messy sticky mess yet again! But hey.... I'm not complaining! xxxx
